Deva Skin is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once an order has been shipped.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos for review.

7. Liability

Deva Skin products are formulated with carefully selected ingredients.
However, Deva Skin cannot be held responsible for improper use or individual skin reactions.
We recommend performing a patch test before full use.
